Dr. Volker Vossius is co-founder of the Patent and Law Firm of Dr. Volker Vossius. Since 2006 he has the
Of Counsel status.
Dr. Vossius successfully handled numerous patent applications, oppositions, nullity and opinion matters in
the fields of chemistry and molecular biology at the German Patent and Trademark Office and European Patent
Office on behalf of our national and international clients.
Dr. Vossius studied medicine and chemistry at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University, Munich, Germany, and made
his Ph.D. thesis in chemistry.
Dr. Vossius is author and co-author of more than 100 publications relating to patent law in the fields of chemistry,
microbiology, animals, plants and molecular biology.
